The Lethal Accident on Highway 18

Lincoln County, Oregon (03/18/2022) The accident occurred on Highway 18 in Lincoln County Friday evening just before 6 p.m. Black Ford Focus was pulling out of a parking lot when and turning on the Highway, it was hit with a blue Ford F250.

The Ford Focus driver, the 34-year-old woman, was taken to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital where she died of her injuries. The Ford F250 driver, a 29-year-old man, and two of his passengers were not injured in the accident.

The Highway remained closed for three hours for the investigation.
