Tom D’Amore founded the firm in 1992 after more than 30 years of legal experience. A former CPA with a Big 8 accounting firm, Tom is licensed in Oregon, Washington, and California. He handles catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, spinal cord injuries, brain injury, class actions, bad faith insurance, and complex business litigation.

Tom represents individuals and families across the Pacific Northwest in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. He is board-certified in trucking and civil litigation by the NBTA and co-counsels with attorneys across America on trucking, auto, construction, and sexual abuse cases. Matt D’Amore joined D’Amore Law Group in January 2025. Prior to joining our firm full-time, Matt worked as a legal clerk for D’Amore Law Group, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in personal injury matters. He also clerked for Barton Trial Attorneys, where he further honed his skills in trial preparation and client advocacy. A Portland native, Matt attended Oregon State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in International Business. He then earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2023. Ben Turner — Attorney

Ben Turner joined D’Amore Law Group in April of 2021. Before joining D’Amore Law Group, he worked for another well-established civil litigation firm in the Portland area. At that time, Ben also represented individuals in claims against insurance companies and large corporations.

Ben is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Oregon and Washington. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, and the Gus J. Solomon Inn of Court.

Ben grew up in Corvallis, Oregon, but left the state after high school. He earned his law degree from Cornell University in 2014. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley with majors in Legal Studies & Spanish. 

Savannah Stevens — Attorney

Savannah Stevens joined D’Amore Law Group in July 2022 as a law clerk and has continued with the team as a barred attorney. Before working with D’Amore Law Group, Savannah worked in immigration and migrant worker rights. During law school, she directed a non-profit student organization and was granted a fellowship through the Wayne Morse Center.

Savannah is admitted to practice in the state of Oregon. She is a member of Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

Savannah grew up and attended college in Virginia. She earned her law degree from the University of Oregon in 2023, participating in the University of Oregon’s Portland Program for her final year of law school so she could work as a clerk while she studied. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary with majors in Environmental Science and Government. An avid traveler, Savannah moved abroad after college and worked in Colombia. She continues to volunteer her time with a legal non-profit in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Anna Brunkenhoefer — Attorney

Anna Brunkenhoefer joined D’Amore Law Group in April 2024. With over a decade of experience in personal injury law, she is a valuable addition to the team.

Anna has always been passionate about justice and fairness, which led her to pursue a career in law.
