One Teen Died in a Car Crash

Battle Ground, Washington (11/02/2021) — The accident occurred on Tuesday evening north of Battle Ground. The teen driver was traveling on NE 152nd Avenue at a high rate of speed. The 2005 Nissan Frontier pickup truck went off the roadway, struck an oak tree, a car caught fire while two of the teen passengers and a driver were inside.  

When the emergency crew arrived on the accident scene one teen passenger was found dead inside the car. The driver and another passenger were taken to area hospitals.

Authorities are still investigating the accident.
