Lane County, Oregon (12/23/2021) — According to Oregon State Police, a multi-car accident occurred on Thursday around 5:35 p.m. on Highway 58 in Lane County.
Pick-up truck Dodge 4500 struck four cars after its loaded trailer slid across the road.
Seven people were seriously injured in the accident. Six were taken to a hospital in River Bend and one was airlifted by Life Flight.
The highway was closed for 2 hours on Thursday.
