Jackson County, Oregon (02/11/2022) — The single-car accident occurred near milepost 18 on Highway 238 around 10:30 p.m. on Friday.
Silver Kia sedan was moving eastbound when turning the corner hit into the Applegate River Bridge. Unfortunately, the driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash caused reduced traffic on Highway 238 for three hours.
