Portland, Oregon (03/14/2022) — The accident occurred in Northeast Portland early Monday morning. At 2:55 a.m. the suspect shot at the victim during the armed robbery and left with the victim’s truck, according to authorities. The truck crashed near NE Sandy Boulevard and NE Killingsworth Street.
The victim of the robbery and the passenger of the truck were injured during the carjacking. The suspect suffered no significant injuries and was taken under arrest in the hospital.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
