D’Amore Law Group Announces 2026 Elle D’Amore Scholarship Recipient: Isaac Temure
D’Amore Law Group is pleased to announce Isaac Termure as the recipient of the 2026 Elle D’Amore Scholarship.
The scholarship honors the memory of Elle D’Amore and supports students pursuing a legal education. For the 2026 scholarship, applicants were invited to submit an essay addressing the question: “What do you think our country should do to foster unity?”
In his scholarship essay, Isaac reflected on his family’s experience and explored the difference between unity and conformity. He identified civic education, investment in local communities, and access to justice as three important foundations for fostering unity.
His essay emphasizes the importance of creating communities where people can come together despite differences, feel heard and protected, and share a common understanding of the principles and responsibilities that connect us.
Isaac will receive a $2,500 scholarship award toward his legal education at Seattle University School of Law as he begins the next chapter of his journey.
Isaac also shared his appreciation for the scholarship and his hope of carrying forward Elle’s impact:
“I hope I can be even just somewhat as impactful as Elle was and carry it further into my post-graduation journey.”
