Monroe, Oregon (02/08/2022) — The accident happened Tuesday afternoon on Highway 99 North near Monroe.
Honda Civic was traveling south when for unknown reasons went into the northbound lane and collided head-on with a Kenworth log truck.
The driver and two passengers of Civic were pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was not injured and is cooperating with the investigation.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
