The video uses a peer-to-peer approach to teach middle and high school youth about how wearing a bicycle helmet can protect them from serious injuries (including brain injuries) and death. It features a diverse group of teens and pre-teens explaining, among other things, why wearing a helmet is important, how to purchase a helmet, how to put it on correctly, and basic rules of the road.
