Salem, Oregon (03/27/2022) — The accident occurred on early Sunday morning. Enrique Rodriguez Jr., 24, lost control of his silver sedan and crashed into several tents.
Two people got pinned beneath the car and died at the scene. Four others were hospitalized, unfortunately, two of them died from received injuries in the hospital.
Rodriguez’s blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit when the crash took a place.
Rodriguez was brought to trial Monday afternoon at the Marion County Circuit Court.
