Oregon City, Oregon (05/04/2022) — The accident occurred in Oregon City on Wednesday. Around 12:15 a.m. the Police officer attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding.
The vehicle driver did not obey the officer and continued moving westbound. At the T-intersection of Gaffney Lane and Berta Drive, the driver failed to turn and left the roadway, colliding into a fence.
The driver died at the scene.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
