Portland, Oregon (03/16/2022) — The accident occurred on Highway 26 near Quartz Creek Wednesday morning. Grey Nissan Maxima struck head-on with a Kenworth log truck after crossing the centerline of the highway. And after that Nisan collided with a Ford F-250 pickup truck.
Drivers of the log truck and Ford F-250 were not injured in the accident. The driver of Nissan with serious injuries was Life-flighted to Emmanuel Hospital.
The highway remained closed for more than two hours after the accident.
