Seattle Times Reports Washington Driver Dies While Car Racing

At the end of July, the Seattle Times reported that a young man was killed in a car accident while racing with another car. His passenger was injured. The driver and a passenger in the other auto were also injured when they were distracted by the accident.

It's a terrible tragedy, especially when it appears to have been caused by extreme recklessness on the road.
