Medical Malpractice Trial of Notre Dame Coach Resumes

The personal injury blogosphere and mainstream media are reporting on the resumption of the medical malpractice trial of Notre Dame football coach Charlie Weis who is suing two Massachusetts General Hospital surgeons he alleges botched his care after he had gastric bypass surgery five years ago.

The first trial ended in a mistrial in February after a juror collapsed and the doctors being sued rushed to his aid.
