Family of Portland Cyclist Killed by Truck Files Suit

MSNBC reported today that the Portland family of a young woman hit and killed by a truck while riding her bicycle has filed a lawsuit against Pacific Rock Products, the company that operated the truck. The truck driver told police that the cyclist was in his blind spot and that is why he didn't see her. Read more here.
