Milwaukie, Oregon (9/23/2021) — Around 2:30 pm a driver fled from a red traffic stop and slammed into and underneath a semi-truck.
The driver then took off and ran a red light at Highway 99E and SE Ochoco Street. An officer spotted the suspect and attempted to pull them over.
Both people suffered traumatic injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital.
