Tort Reform Views of the Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates

The North Carolina Trial Blog recently published a post comparing in a fairly neutral manner the tort reform views of Presidential candidates John McCain and Barack Obama.

Legal Newsline analyzed the tort reform records of Vice Presidential candidates Sarah Palin and Joe Biden (basically noting that, for now, Palin’s views on the subject are unknown).
