SENIOR PARALEGAL
Cary Breshears-Bean joined D’Amore Law Group in March of 2024 as a senior paralegal. Cary has worked for the past 32 years in plaintiff’s person injury litigation. Most recently she worked at Hendricks Law Firm for seven years where their main focus was medical malpractice litigation. Prior to that she worked for 25 years at Gaylord Eyerman Bradley working on medical malpractice, products liability and other serious personal injury cases. Cary enjoys all aspects of personal injury litigation especially the trial process. She has extensive trial experience, being involved in at least 40 trials in her career. She also feels that one of her most important roles is communicating with clients and creating a great working relationship with them.
Cary was born and raised in Oregon. She received a certificate in paralegal studies from Western Business College. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her husband and two college aged sons. Cary and her husband own a small farm and enjoy the country lifestyle. She enjoys being outdoors and likes to spend time boating, rafting, camping, and hiking. She enjoys staying fit and runs several days a week. She previously coached youth baseball and was active in the local sports organization for many years. She lives in a small community and continues to volunteer her time with several local organizations.
